Step 1: Get Garry’s Mod

Start by buying the game on Steam or G2A.

• Link to Garry’s Mod on Steam (pretty straight forward and widely-trusted)

• Link to Garry's Mod on G2A (usually cheaper, and you can connect to your Steam after)

- Minimum PC requirements are modest, so even older computers should run Garry's Mod well.

Step 2: What is DarkRP?

Link to DarkRP wiki (Dark Roleplay) is a not-so-serious game mode where players assume various roles in a virtual city.

• Work as a police officer, criminal, mayor, or anything you imagine.

• Interact, trade, and create unique stories with other players.

Step 3: Joining Our Server

1. Launch Garry’s Mod: Open the game via Steam.

2. Search for Our Server: In the server browser, type MemeRP or use the in-game console with the (~) key.

   Type: connect 172.96.164.37:27025

   Hit Submit/Enter, and you're in!

3. Quick Downloads: Our server ensures fast downloads, so you can join in 5~10 mins.

   • It will automatically download all Workshop content while joining the server

   • If not, here's a link to the official MemeRP workshop collection so you can subscribe & download all server contents before joining.

4. If you run into further issues/errors in game: You may be missing 'Counter Strike: Source' game-content' needed for most Garry's Mod servers.
